Bondi Circus is a micro coffee brewery located in the heart of Bondi. We work closely with a boutique roaster who supply us with the best roasting bean profiles unique to Bondi Circus. Our Cold Brew Coffee is brewed from freshly roasted, locally sourced coffee.

At Bondi Circus all we wanted to create is a coffee drink that would support your robust well-being and satisfy the most pickiest and sophisticated palates. We steep organic coffee beans in filtered water for an average of 16 hours and then filter it 3 times in order to eliminate oils and sediments. It is never exposed to heat which results in a naturally sweet, less acidic and super smooth coffee
